All apprentices must take an end-point assessment (EPA) at the end of their learning, assessing whether they have achieved the required standard of skills, knowledge and behaviours required by their chosen apprenticeship.

Assessments are carried out by industry experts with recent, relevant, hands on experience. That’s why we need you!

About you

You’ll already have:

  • A qualification relevant to the specialism being assessed at Level 5 or above. Relevant specialist pathways include civil engineering, track and systems engineering.
  • Current, relevant occupational expertise and knowledge at the relevant level, gained through hands-on experience within the last 5 years
  • Be willing to complete relevant training (remotely or via a delivery partner) leading to the Highfield Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF)
